New Patients

Appointment policy:
We work very hard at treating our patients as unique individuals and remain responsive to each person’s needs. Hence we take pride in NOT being one of those assembly line offices where the dentist bounces from room to room. We only see one patient at a time and never double book. When you book an appointment with us, you have our undivided attention for the length of that appointment.

We take our patients in on time and don’t keep you waiting. If at all we are running late by 10-15 minutes (this is if the procedure takes a little longer for the patient before you) we try and call you because we know it is frustrating to come rushing to an appointment to be here on time and then you are kept waiting.

Short notice cancellation, messages left on our answering machine, after hours and missed appointments increase our cost of providing dental care and take that appointment away from some one who really needs and wants it.
Remembering your appointment is YOUR responsibility but as a courtesy we will call two days in advance to remind you.

We respect your time and ask that you do the same for us and our other patients.
We require at least two business days notice to cancel or change an appointment and messages left on our answering machine will not be counted as such.
Patients with appointments which are missed or cancelled with less that two business days’ notice will be charged a $50.00 fee per every one hour appointment booked.
